TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESERT STONE GENERAL CONTRACTING & TRANSPORTS - L.L.C - S.P.C

Effective Date: 29 August 2026

By requesting a service, accepting a quotation, placing an order or making payment to Desert Stone General Contracting & Transports - L.L.C - S.P.C, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Scope

Desert Stone provides general contracting, construction, transport, equipment rental, technical, maintenance and specialist project support within its licensed activities, including but not limited to road and infrastructure works, building construction, industrial and MEP contracting, and materials transportation.
Desert Stone is not a government authority and cannot guarantee approval, classification certificates, or permits from any government department, municipality, urban planning authority or third-party provider.

2. Quotations, Currency and Charges

Website prices are estimates, starting prices or service deposits. The final project scope and price are confirmed through an official quotation, contract or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, transactions are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Government fees, permit fees, classification certificate fees, VAT, insurance, equipment mobilization costs and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in writing.

3. Online Payments

Online card payments are processed securely by an approved independent payment-gateway provider. Desert Stone does not request customers to send complete card numbers, CVV codes or online-banking passwords by email or WhatsApp.

The customer must use a card or payment method they are legally authorized to use. Payment is considered received only after successful authorization and confirmation by the payment provider.

● The amount, currency and service description should be checked before payment

● A successful payment does not guarantee government or third-party approval

● The customer should retain the payment confirmation and official invoice

Payment-gateway availability, authentication, card acceptance and settlement remain subject to the relevant bank and payment provider.

4. Payment Authorization and Verification

By completing an online payment, the customer authorizes Desert Stone and its payment provider to process the stated amount for the selected service, invoice or approved deposit.
Desert Stone may request identity, invoice, cardholder or transaction-supporting documents where reasonably required for fraud prevention, compliance, audit or payment verification. A service may be paused until verification is completed.

5. Service Confirmation and Fulfilment

After payment, Desert Stone will confirm the project scope, site requirements and required documents through email, WhatsApp, invoice, quotation or order confirmation. Services are delivered through on-site works, equipment provision, transportation, technical execution and project coordination..
Work starts after payment, required documents, site access and customer approvals are received. Any estimated completion date is guidance only and may change due to site conditions, weather, authority approvals or third-party procedures.

6. Non-Refundable Service Fees

Once Desert Stone begins any part of the agreed service, the applicable professional service fee becomes non-refundable.

Work is considered started when Desert Stone performs any of the following:

● Consultation, site survey or eligibility review

● Material procurement, equipment mobilization or project planning

● Application, permit preparation or appointment coordination

● Communication with an authority or third-party providerr

● Any physical site works or transportation service

A change of mind, delay, failure to provide documents/site access or decision not to continue does not entitle the customer to a refund after work has started.

7. Government and Third-Party Payments

Government fees, permit charges, payment-gateway fees, equipment supplier charges, deposits, insurance and other external expenses are non-refundable once paid, processed or committed.
Such amounts are refundable only if returned to Desert Stone by the relevant authority or provider.

8. Cancellation and Refund Requests

A cancellation received before work starts and before external costs are committed may be considered after deducting applicable bank, gateway and administrative charges. All requests must be submitted in writing to desertstone101@gmail.com.
Rejection, suspension or delay by an authority, municipality, landlord or third-party provider does not automatically create a right to a full refund.

9. Refund Method and Timing

If approved, the refundable balance will be calculated after deducting completed work, committed charges, payment-processing costs and other non-recoverable amounts.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Bank and payment-provider processing times apply, and cash or transfer refunds will not normally be issued for card payments.

10. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

A customer who believes a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly must contact Desert Stone promptly with the invoice number, transaction reference and proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed for return through the original payment method, less any unavoidable provider charges where legally permitted.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Desert Stone before initiating a chargeback so the matter can be reviewed promptly. Desert Stone may provide the payment provider with the quotation, invoice, customer approval, correspondence and proof of completed or commenced services.
Fraudulent or unjustified disputes may result in service suspension and recovery of completed-work or external costs, subject to applicable law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, complete and valid information, site access and documents, review the service and amount before payment, and respond promptly to verification or processing requests. Desert Stone is not responsible for rejection, delay or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information or restricted site access.

13. Data and Payment Security

Customer information may be shared with government authorities, banks, payment providers and licensed service providers only as reasonably necessary for processing, compliance and service delivery. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider under its own security and privacy requirements.
Customers should use only payment links issued through Desert Stone's official channels and immediately report any suspicious request or unauthorized transaction.

14. Acceptance and Applicable Law

Payment of a quotation, invoice, service fee or deposit confirms acceptance of the agreed scope, price, non-refundable conditions and these Terms and Conditions.
These terms are governed by applicable UAE law and subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
