Policies & Terms
Desert Stone provides services only within its licensed and legally permitted scope. An enquiry is not a binding contract. Work is accepted after scope review, quotation acceptance, documentation, required payment and any necessary classification/authority approvals.
Website prices are indicative only. Formal quotations define scope, exclusions, validity and payment schedule. Variations in quantities, drawings, material prices, fuel, labour, access or customer instructions may change price and timeline.
Payments may be advance, mobilisation deposit, material/equipment payment, milestone or final balance. Online payments must relate to an approved quotation, invoice or project reference.
Refund eligibility depends on project stage. Completed work, mobilisation, site visits where chargeable, committed labour, materials, vehicle/equipment bookings, subcontractors, authority fees and other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted before any eligible refund.
Timelines depend on site access, readiness, approvals, classification, drawings, inspections, materials, equipment, weather, authority procedures and agreed milestones. Completion evidence may include invoices, delivery notes, project reports, completion acknowledgements or agreed records.
The customer must provide accurate project information, lawful instructions, safe access, required customer-side approvals, nominated contacts and timely decisions/payments.
Activities requiring contractor classification, municipality/public-health approval, environmental permission, transport/waste permits, security-system approvals, oil/gas qualifications or other approvals will be undertaken only where required approvals are available.
Customer information may be used for enquiries, quotations, contracts, project execution, invoicing, payment processing, compliance and communication. Access should be limited to those who require the information for legitimate business purposes.
The website should not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC or raw payment credentials. Live payments should use an approved PCI-compliant hosted or tokenized payment gateway.
Customers should contact Desert Stone first regarding service/payment concerns. Desert Stone should retain quotations, contracts, invoices, correspondence, completion evidence, delivery notes and refund records to support legitimate dispute review.
Availability and specifications are subject to the approved quotation. Third-party/subcontracted services remain subject to their own availability and applicable requirements.
Website content is general commercial information. Presentation photos do not necessarily represent completed Desert Stone projects. Government/authority approvals and payment-gateway approval are never guaranteed.
